 Solar Power Division (SPD)  
Several cities and towns in the country are experiencing a substantial growth in their peak electricity demand. Municipal Corporations and the electricity utilities are finding it difficult to cope with this rapid rise in demand and as a result most of the cities/towns are facing severe electricity shortages. Various industries and commercial establishments e.g. Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Nursing homes, institutions. organizations, industrial, commercial & residential complexes developed by the builders and developers in cities and towns use diesel generators for back-up power even during the day time. These generators capacities vary from a few kilowatts to a couple of MWs. To meet with the increasing demand for power, Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant (SPV) is being proposed now a day. In order to utilize the existing roof space of buildings, it is recommended to promote roof-top SPV systems on buildings.
Solar Power Division is a promising initiative of Arraycom(India) Ltd. in this direction which is established with the goal to cater to the increasing demand of power in the country by utilization of Renewable Energy Resources. The Govt. of India has set a target of 40,000 MWp of Grid-Interactive Rooftop Solar Power Plants by 2022. This division is MNRE (Ministry of New & Renewable Energy) registered Channel Partner.

A roof top SPV system could be with or without grid interaction. In grid interaction system, the DC power generated from SPV panels is converted to AC power using power conditioning unit and is fed to the grid. They generate power during the daytime which is utilized fully by powering the captive loads and feeding excess power to the grid as long as grid is available. In cases, where solar power is not sufficient due to cloud cover etc. the captive loads are served by drawing power from the grid. The grid- interactive rooftop SPV systems thus work on net metering basis wherein the beneficiary pays to the utility on net meter reading basis only. Ideally, grid interactive systems do not require battery backup as the grid acts as the back-up for feeding excess solar power and vice versa.
Objectives of the Division are :
To plan and execute an integrated programme on development and implementation of solar energy projects.
To own, manage, plan, promote, develop, design, supply, Installation, construction, erection, commissioning of Solar Power Projects. That is, from Concept to Commissioning.
To offer complete solution on turnkey basis for setting up Solar Power Plant ranging from KW to MW.
To offer solution for setting up Grid / Non-Grid based Solar Power Plant.
To carry on business of generation of solar power for Govt. / Non-Govt. customers.
To co-ordinate the activities to determine the economic and financial objectives / targets and to review, control, guide and direct their performance with a view to secure an optimum utilization of all resources placed at their disposal.
To establish, provide, maintain, and conduct pilot projects to improve, innovate and invent new products, technologies, directly or in collaboration with other agencies.
To engage in the business of performance monitoring, data analysis, resource assessment, cost engineering, technology forecasting, training & capacity building, skill development, promotion & awareness campaigns etc.
To promote, organize, conduct and render consultancy services in the related activities of the Company.

Customer Care / Complaint Redressal Mechanism :
We have full-fledged Help Desk to provide customer services which can provide information to customers’ queries. We have also developed complaint redressal mechanism in such a way that complaints of our valued customers will be registered and attended in the shortest possible time. Customer can lodge their complaint through our Help Desk through Toll Free No. given at bottom. Customer will be given complaint number. The complaint will be forwarded to our respective section / person according to the nature of complaint (Technical related, Accounting related, Services related & so on). The respective section/person will attend to the complaint and will revert on the status of resolving the complaint.
